You will be directly responsible for the campus recruiting strategy and execution for GE Healthcare Japan; During hiring peak seasons, you will partly support Mid-career hiring together with a great team around you.
Take lead in campus recruiting strategy proposing and implementation activities. Partner with business stakeholders to attract high quality and diverse talent from campus for leadership program roles and Interns.
Optimize external campus recruiting channels and enhance internal referral programs to enlarge the
reach to campus talent pipeline; track recruitment activities through the ATS and/or CRM system.
Take ownership of the hiring process from briefing to assessment of candidates to on-boarding and
deliver outstanding customer and candidate experiences throughout each stage of the journey.
Lead campus promotion and branding activities to build our employer brand as the top employer option for talents internal Intern Day, external job fairs etc
Influence client groups by providing insightful market data that supports business growth and decision
Making; analyze and present recruitment operational metrics to track performance.
Set high recruitment standards, maintaining operational excellence and compliance.
Act as a point of contact for any issue resolution or operational matters regarding campus recruitment
excellence with key focus on candidate experience.
Lead initiatives to attract an inclusive and diverse workforce and culture to GE Healthcare.
Support team in mid-career hiring during peak seasons.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of in-house/agency recruiting experience
Ability to understand multiple roles and business units
Experience managing full lifecycle recruiting, including screening, negotiations/closing and candidate
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication in English and Japanese
Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills and build strong, productive relationships
Adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment
